ShopTester & SmartPrinter

Circuit and Print testing over 100 inkjet cartridges! Ink-level Shut-off/Cartridge Reset and Cartridge Conversion!

Eliminate the “wall of test printers”.
The ShopTester 200 is an all-in-one industrial-grade circuit and print tester that is perfect for retail or light industrial environments. The small footprint unit quickly tests more than 100 of the most popular HP, Lexmark, Canon, and Dell thermal inkjet cartridges and even converts and resets many of them as well. Electrically tests cartridges in about 5 seconds and runs a full print test in approximately 20 seconds. Available in two versions— the ST200-6 with six module bays filled (and two spare bays--pictured) or the ST200-8 with all eight bays filled.

SpinMax 100

The new SpinMax™ 100 is a fully automated inkjet cartridge centrifuge. Spinning at speeds up to 3000 RPM, this rugged steel and aluminum workhorse can safely evacuate residual ink in four different cartridges in less than a minute. With fully programmable spin settings, the SpinMax™ 100 is the only small centrifuge on the market with slow ramp-up/ramp-down speeds to prevent foam creep.

JetClean 100

Streaky prints? The JetClean™ 100 quickly and effectively rejuvenates inkjet cartridge print heads and unplugs clogged nozzles. Capable of cleaning most every inkjet cartridge with its safe yet aggressive atomization (water jet) process, the JetClean™ 100 is the most effective cartridge cleaning system available in the marketplace today. Utilizing a specialized atomization process (mixture of air and water), the JetClean™ 100 releases a pressurized spray consisting of tiny 20-micron droplets. This allows the JetClean™ 100 to penetrate the small, hard-to-reach spaces on print cartridges that other cleaning methods often miss. This system is so effective that only purified water is necessary for most applications. Studies conducted have found that, depending upon the type of cartridge, using the JetClean™ 100 prior to refilling produces a 20-50% increase in the yield of successfully remanufactured cartridges.

Niagara™

Does your business waste time and money trying to recover dried, non-virgin, contaminated, or poor page-yield inkjet cartridges? If so, the Niagara™ inkjet cartridge rejuvenation system solves these problems. With rugged components and a small footprint, the Niagara™ is a must for every professional inkjet remanufacturing operation (both large and small) that needs to process more than just fresh cartridges.

Strictly flushing water into the cartridge does not clean out all of the ink delivery channels. The Niagara™ combines both overflow flush cleaning of heated water with cycled suction to thoroughly clean the cartridges. The foam-core drying eliminates the remaining moisture of the cartridge, which centrifuging alone is not able to accomplish.
