Inkjetfactory.com has three (3) major shipping options which are FEDEX, UPS and
DHL. If you would like to ship with another carrier, please state so in the comments
section of the ordering process and choose the shipping option that says “Misc.
Shipment Paid By Customer". A sales representative will contact you immediately
with information to handle your special shipping needs.
Tracking information is provided for you. You can obtain this information by logging
into your "account" and selecting the "View Orders" to track.
